REFUND POLICY

If the client no longer needs Daze Filmography's services, the client must email dazefilmography@gmail.com a written request for cancellation. Upon receiving the email, Daze Filmography will send out a "Termination Request Form", which needs to be filled out and sent back to finish the cancellation process. The client has 7 days from the initial retainer payment to receive a full refund upon canceling. If canceling services after 7 days from the retainer payment, the initial retainer payment, the retainer fee, alongside additional payments will not be refunded. If the event is postponed, services contracted can be applied to a future date if available (refer to Postponement Policy). If applicable, Daze Filmography has 90 days to refund the money upon receiving an email sent to dazefilmography@gmail.com that their services are no longer needed.
